Duplicates merged, brand names normalized, jammed cells split into proper columns, and formats made consistent. Anything the engine cannot verify is flagged for your review instead of changed.
The same format you uploaded, .xlsx or .csv. Sheet names and column order are preserved, and three columns are appended logging what merged, what was flagged, and what got linked.
Up to 4 MB, usually 5,000 to 10,000 rows depending on column width. For larger files, email hello@clearsheet.co and we will work with you.
Five cents per fix, and the first 20 fixes on every file are free. Enrich is optional at ten cents per filled cell, charged only when a cell is actually filled. No subscription, no account, and the exact price is shown before you pay.
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted after 30 days, and never used to train anything. No account is created and no card is needed for the preview.
You review every fix before paying and can reject any of them. If something slips through, there is a 14 day refund window. Email us and we will make it right.
Yes. Paste a Google Sheets link instead of uploading and the file is pulled in directly.

Yes. The engine uses three-pass deduplication: exact match, similarity-based name matching, then identity-aware composite scoring that weighs addresses, phone numbers, and store codes alongside the name.
Yes. Multi-sheet workbooks are supported. Sheet names and column order are preserved. Fixes apply across all sheets.
No. ClearSheet processes a copy. Your original file stays on your machine, untouched. The download is a new file with fixes applied.
Text formatting is preserved. Leading zeros in ZIP codes, store numbers, and account IDs are not stripped.
Yes. That is the most common use case. Clean the file externally, then import. ClearSheet is the step before your CRM's own duplicate rules.
Yes. Email hello@clearsheet.co and we will delete it within 24 hours. Files are automatically deleted after 30 days regardless.
When you opt into enrichment, we send business names and partial location data to Google Places to look up verified addresses and phone numbers. Google receives the search query, not your full file. Enrichment only runs if you choose it.
